QuarARTine, OMAH’s first virtual fundraiser went live on  June 1.  OMAH is grateful to our local and regional artists that have partnered with us to support Orillia and Area’s hub for arts, culture, and heritage.  We wanted to bring you the joy of art to your home or office at an affordable price.   At the conclusion of the auction (currently does not have an end date), a portion of the proceeds raised will be donated back to Orillia's art community.


Register to bid by clicking HERE. Current works are available for bidding on until December 10, 2020.January 7. 

Each available work of art is 6”x6", unless otherwise specified.  The works are presented anonymously.  We’ll tell you who the artist is once you purchase the work.   Bidding starts at $15.  Bid high and bid often!  In order to purchase or place a bid, you will be required to register.  
Shipping via Canada Post is available at a modest price.  Mini easels to display your brand new work of art are available at $3.

How can I participate?
OMAH has 6”x6” Masonite hardboards available for curbside pickup or delivery. Create your masterpiece and return to OMAH or arrange for pickup/delivery. We will look after posting it
online with 2 options to purchase. The buyer can purchase the work for $30 or place a bid (bids will start at $15).

How many works of art can I submit?
As many as you like! This fundraiser has no limitations and no timeline!

What if I want to create a work of a different size or in 3D?
This is possible, but keep in mind that the works of art are being offered at modest prices to
make the purchase of original art as accessible as possible.
OMAH will photograph the work and manage the auction. OMAH will be using social media to promote the auction and the artists and their submissions.

Is there a deadline?
Although time is fluid these days, we are looking to launch the online auction in June. We would like to receive at
least 10 submissions by May 31. We will post 10 works of art at a time, likely every 2 weeks.

I'd love to participate, but I don't consider myself an artist.
Don't be shy!  Channel your inner creative! We're so pleased you want to help bring joy to our community through art.
