Winter in Orillia is much like winter in many other Canadian communities. With the cold and the snow comes the opportunity for the participation in many winter sports that the area offers. From hockey games to hitting the slopes for skiing or snowboarding, or watching your favourite figure skater completing gravity defying jumps to throwing curling rocks towards the button – Orillia is in a flurry of winter sports activities for all ages.

His passion for painting is evident through his dedicated practice which demonstrates technical dexterity and expressionistic style.
Hockey bonds the people of our nation. Although our nation is diverse regionally and geographically, hockey unites us from sea to sea to sea. This exhibition will cross cultural, physical and gender barriers in a showcase of defining moments in established hockey history. Themes and stories will be animated by memorabilia, objects, and art from the Hockey Hall of Fame. This exhibition has received funding from Canadian Heritage and sponsorship from Casino Rama Resort.
